NONETHELESS: The value is unbeatable. I used the mic extensively with Griffin's iTalk & my iPodto record motivational lectures, and the sound quality was significantly improved vs. not having used a mic with the iTalk. That said, this comes with a high recommendation, if you can deal with having to buy a battery once every couple of years. Sony definitely lives up to its reputation with this product.
