(More customer reviews)This item gives a loud hitting noise when you speak close to it. but away from it, it is too low. it is unidirectional so you have to try to find which way it works.
The swich is at the botttom of handset, which is very awkward to use -- need both hands to operate the switch. and it is easily broken.
If you have a defective item, seller is very reluctent for refund(they will ask for missing items even items you never saw before in your package). if you want an exchange, they will do it. Most of the time, if the item is defective, they do not admit it was quality problem. They demand an answer from you: " what did you do to it?"--???

Hisonic's 300 Series Wireless System provides proven performance in a variety of settings. Each 300 Series professional VHF wireless system includes a receiver and two handheld microphones/transmitters on a specific crystal-controlled frequency. The ATW-R300 receiver design features an innovative docking power supply configuration. An AC power adapter housed in a compartment in the receiver uses an IEC-standard detachable power cord set. Furthering its flexibility, the power adapter may be easily removed from the receiver case, permitting its use as a conventional in-line AC adapter. A novel dipole antenna system on the receiver improves operation by providing a ground element in addition to the usual signal element.
