(More customer reviews)I still use a small corded headset to talk on my phones with, and I couldn't ask for anything better than these.I speak quiet, so I need the mic right in front of my mouth, this in turn causes the problem of breath in my speech muffling most of my words.These windsocks nullify that problem in the extreme.The other problem with my sensitive headset is that it picks up wind from just about every angle if it's over 5 mph, under most situations these dampen all wind noise.
The mic diameter of my headset is just shy over 1/2" at it's widest point (exactly 13,5 mm), and I have to work these windscreens over it with a bit of an effort, but once they're on they stay great.
I'd highly recommend these, just one of them lasts me about a year.I use to buy a cheap bulky headset from a local store, then return it, just to acquire this windsock off of the end.A cheap move, and a little of an investment, but actually buying five of them for half the price is much more worth it.
